Please note: A disclaimer for digital collectibles (NFTs) limits your legal liability, clarifies intellectual property (IP) rights, and warns  buyers of financial risks.


  1. Financial Risk & No Return On Investment Disclaimer

The primary services associated with the wiCollect app and wiCollect website represent exclusive social media content delivered in the form of digital collectibles, which are primarily meant for personal enjoyment, entertainment, and utility, not as financial investments. By minting, selling, buying, or holding these collectibles, you acknowledge that the assets may have no intrinsic value, and you accept that its secondary market price (reselling) is highly volatile and could drop to zero. We do not guarantee or imply any future profits, returns, or financial appreciation.


  1. Intellectual Property (IP) & Commercial Rights

Purchasing exclusive social media content as digital collectibles provides you with full ownership of the cryptographic token itself but does not transfer the copyright or trademark of the underlying artwork, intellectual property, or brand.

Personal Use Only: The buyer is granted a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, and revocable license to display, copy, and use the associated artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Commercial License (Optional): The buyer is granted a limited license to use and exploit the artwork for commercial purposes (buying, selling, trading, and reselling digital collectibles), provided that the buyer is and remains the new owner of the collectible. Once the exclusive social media content is sold as a collectible, this commercial license immediately transfers to the new owner. 


  1. “As Is” & Limitation of Liability

This collectible and its associated smart contract are provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, gas fee losses, smart contract errors, or malicious wallet exploits. 


  1. Smart Contract & Technical Risks

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, bugs, or third-party platform failures (such as issues on the Ethereum network). Buyers assume all risks associated with using cryptocurrency wallets and interacting with decentralized networks. 


  1. Taxes & Regulatory Compliance 

You are entirely and solely responsible for determining, withholding, collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes (sales, use, value-added, or capital gains taxes) that arise from your purchase, sale, transfer, or resale of these collectibles.
