wiCollect, LLC, doing business as wiCollect, is dedicated to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the information or content we collect, transform into collectibles, and curate in association with the wiCollect App, website, and other services offered by our platform (the “Service”).

1: Types of Information. We collect user information as outlined in the following section:

Information You Provide Us.

Account Information. When you create an account or use our Service, you provide us with personal information, including your email address, username, linked social media accounts, favorite items, watchlisted collections, and other details.

Your account information, excluding your email address, may be publicly accessible. Keep in mind that public content can still exist online even after you remove it from your account on wiCollect.

Verification Information. To verify your account and identity, we may need your phone number, email address, or other authentication details.

Preferences. Other preferences, such as notifications, favorites, and comments, may also be linked to your account.

Feedback. If you would like to share your feedback or contact us, please send your name, email address, and comments to support@wicollect.com.

Other Information. We collect information and data at various stages of our Service, either voluntarily by you or when you share and post your content with us.

Like much of web3, your blockchain wallet address and your in-app wallet account serve as your identity through wiCollect.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register or create a profile and link an in-app wallet. While an external blockchain wallet is not mandatory for using the wiCollect app, it does not provide your identity.

However, your profile, account, and in-app wallet may become linked to you, your user ID, or other information we collect about you when you use our Service.

Information Collected Automatically. As you utilize our Service, we may gather various information using AI or automated data collection technologies.

Interactions with our Service. To deliver our service effectively and efficiently, we analyze trends, enforce our Terms of Use, and continuously enhance the user experience.

Additionally, we collect anonymous data from users during their interactions with our service.

This includes your browser type, fingerprint, operating system, IP address, geolocation, device ID, blockchain wallet address, wallet type, in-app wallet, actions, clickstream data, referring/exit pages, and timestamps. Additionally, we may store this data in log files.

Cookies or Other Tracking Technologies. We use cookies to collect information, such as session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until you delete them), to analyze user interactions, enhance product quality, and offer a personalized experience.

We also employ “Pixel Tags” (also known as clear Gifs, Web beacons, or Web bugs) to analyze user engagement, improve service usability, and customize experiences to align with user interests and requirements.

Do Not Track. Since there is no mutual understanding of what a “Do Not Track” signal signifies, we do not respond to it.

We might use third-party services like Google and Amplitude to gather some of the information mentioned in the Privacy Policy.

These services may collect information about your use of our Service through cookies, Pixel Tags, or other technologies, which we refer to as “Usage Information.”

However, their ability to use and share this information is restricted by the Private Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Collected from Third-Party Companies. We may obtain information about you from other service providers and companies that offer products and services related to our Service, or whose products and services are connected to our Service.

We may then add this information to our existing data about you.

This information may include third-party wallet providers and partners that provide us with your blockchain wallet address, data analytics providers, or vendors that provide information related to other blockchains.

This information is necessary to operate our business and enforce our Terms of Use.

Public Information. We gather data from publicly accessible sources across various blockchains and other public platforms.


  1. Use of Your Information. We process your information to operate our business, provide the Service, personalize your experience, and continuously improve it.

We use your information to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; enhance and analyze it; and analyze and personalize your use and experience, such as making recommendations.

We also communicate with you to maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Service.

We investigate, address, and prevent conduct that violates our Terms of Use or is harmful or unlawful.

Additionally, we send you newsletters, promotional materials, and notices, comply with laws, and cooperate with investigations. Our primary goal is to protect our company’s and our Affiliates’ legal rights.

We may also act as described in our communications or when you provide your information.

We may create anonymized, de-identified, or aggregated records from identifiable information. We use this data to improve our services and may disclose it for any purpose.

We maintain and use anonymized data in its original form and do not attempt to reidentify it unless permitted by law.

Third-Party Service Providers. Corporate Restructuring. In our legitimate interest to operate an efficient business, we may share some or all of your information and information about you in connection with or during the negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, or dissolution transaction or proceeding involving the sale, transfer, or divestiture of all or a portion of our business or assets.

In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, your personal information and data may also be transferred as a business asset.

If another company acquires our company, business, or assets, it will become the owner of the information we have collected about you and will assume the rights and responsibilities related to your information and data as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Other Disclosures. We may also disclose your information and information about you to fulfill the purpose for which you provided it, such as providing you with our services and new features to enhance the use of login integrations, as per our contract with you.

We may also disclose your information to our professional advisors in our legitimate interests to operate an effective and successful business.

  1. Third-Party Websites. Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. When you click on a link to any other website or location, you will leave our Service and visit a different site.

As a result, another entity may collect information from you. We have no control over or responsibility for these third-party websites or their content.

  1. Third-Party Wallets. To utilize certain features of our Service, you must use our in-app wallet, which facilitates in-app transactions supported by public blockchains.

Your interactions with any third-party wallet provider are governed by the applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of that third party.


  1. Your Choices Regarding Information. We have several options for how we can use your information for our Service.

Email Communications. We may occasionally send you newsletters or emails that directly promote the use of our Service or third-party goods and services.

When you receive email communications from us, you can opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by adjusting your Notifications preferences on your Settings page.

We may send you occasional transactional service-related informational communications, even though we understand your preferences.

To verify your identity, we may request additional information such as your email address or government-issued ID.

You can designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. However, before accepting such a request, we will require them to provide proof of your authorization to act on your behalf.

In some cases, we may also need you to verify your identity directly with us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We may retain your information or information about you even after you request its deletion if such retention is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms or other agreements, and/or protect our legal rights and other interests.

  1. Minors. We do not intentionally collect information from visitors under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 for individuals residing in the EEA/UK and Australia) without parental or guardian consent.

Our Terms of Use clearly state that all users, including content creators and their followers or subscribers, must be at least 13 years old.

Minors who are at least 13 years old (and at least 16 for individuals residing in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Australia) but are under 18 years old can use a parent’s or guardian’s account, provided that the account holder supervises their use.

If a child under 13 (or under 16 for individuals in the EEA/UK and Australia) submits identifiable information to us, and we discover that the information belongs to a child under 13 (or under 16 for individuals in the EEA/UK and Australia), we will promptly delete the information without obtaining a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
