About Us
ABOUT US
wiCollect (WC) is an American, multinational, Web3 Social Commerce Platform featuring an ecommerce video sharing app, enabling all content creators to monetize and control their exclusive
content.
wiCollect, pronounced “we-collect”, is an acronym for “Web3 Innovations for Collectibles.”
Its mission is to empower content creators globally through innovative strategies for the tokenization of social content.
Business Model
Our Pay-Per-View business model gives every content creator the unique opportunity to profit from their creativity by converting their exclusive content into digital collectibles supported by blockchain technology.
Our digital collectibles (often referred to as NFTs), are classified into tap major categories, Penny Collectibles and Core Collectibles, which are sold directly to consumers by content creators at affordable prices that are negotiable.
Digital Collectibles
Penny Collectibles, whose video or audio content are casual in nature and typically less than 20 minutes in duration, range from 10 cents to 99 cents (or 10 WCCs to 99 WCCs).
This exclusive content, delivered in the form of digital collectibles (aka Social Collectibles), primarily represents reels and other short-form video content.
Core Collectibles, whose video and audio content are artistic in nature and typically 20 minutes or greater in duration, range from 1 dollar to 5 dollars (or 100 WCCs to 500 WCCs).
This exclusive content, also delivered in the form of digital collectibles, primarily represents a specific art form by artists.
Due to a limited edition of collectibles for each video or audio, the buyer can only purchase up to 10 copies of the same collectible.
Once ownership of the collectibles has been transferred to each buyer, they may maintain them indefinitely as a collector’s item, trade them among other buyers, or resell them to new buyers up to 3x the original purchase price to earn passive income of their own.
Why wiCollect?
Unlike traditional social media platforms, wiCollect does not require content creators to obtain a specific number of followers nor a specific number of watch hours or ad views by their followers to begin earning revenue.
Subscriptions are also not required by consumers nor offered or allowed by content creators to access their exclusive content through the wiCollect App.
wiCollect aims to spearhead a paradigm shift in how social media content is delivered by content creators and accessed by consumers within an evolving content creator ecosystem.
Through blockchain technology, content creators can now fully own their art form with elevated security, improved traceability, and enhanced privacy while achieving financial success.
